The Chavignol is made of fresh goat's milk, with a flat cylindrical form slightly convex in the center, with rounded edges.

The Crottin de Chavignol is an garanteed label since 1976.

Between the Loire and the wide plains of the Berry, the Crottin de Chavignol, or simply the 'Chavignol', derives its properties from the rich and varied vegetation.

The Chavignol releases its flavours and aromas with time thanks to the personal touch of each cheese-maker.  

The well-being of the goats, the care given by the breeders and the local grazing land guarentee a quality milk. The Chavignol goat cheese then made according to the rule book, will be able to reveal all its uniqueness.
